The designer sculpture "The Maid" from the "Antemann Dreams Collection" shows a perky and sensual maid. In her seductive manner, the figure enchants with numerous details applied in the finest brushwork. "The Maid", like Antemann's other works of art, bears historically characteristic decorations of the MEISSEN® porcelain manufactory. The clothing as well as the service on the back of the figure show the flower painting, which has a long tradition in MEISSEN®. Especially the rose on the clothes of the designer sculpture stands out. For her artwork, Antemann draws inspiration from Kaendler's porcelain figures and the Commedia dell'arte and interprets them in a modern, erotic way.
