With its typical black head, the great tit looks down from its trunk. The cute bird figurine, hand-painted by Johann Joachim Kaendler in 1743, enchants with its naturalness. Birds were already being made from MEISSEN® porcelain in the 1930s. The bird sculptures captivate with their lifelike form and the coloring of the plumage - both the result of elaborate craftsmanship.
